All of our current learning and development material is now available under our licensing structure. This is particularly important if you deliver internal company training programmes, or work in the independant sector as a specialist training consultant.

All of our licenses operate on the basis of a realistic one-off fee followed by a fee per person who uses the material under your license agreement. All are accompanied by full website access, online mangement, optional hardcopy materials and also an in depth guide for the licensee, including example training sessions, coaching structures and much more. The IPQ - The Influence and Political Styles Quotient

This new and original online diagnostic is quick, easy to administer and generates an instant report for your clients. It accurately identifies the preferred influencing style of the learner which can then facilitate a productive discussion about how to improve the balance and flexibility, leading to increased influencing ability. This was initially developed for individual coaching and mentoring, but has recently been applied successful to the team workshops and has been effective in develop inter-team relationships.

The WSA has a fifteen year track record of excellence and validity and has been used by some of the world's largest organisations and is used in this context to provide accurate and detailed analysis of influencing style and capability. **The Political Competence 360° - Generating real feedback on Political Skills**

Based on our model for Political Competence, this license will allow you to invite feedback from those around your client with the focus on how they influence. As a result of our extensive research this will help individuals to focus their development on those areas that will have the biggest payback possible when it comes to becoming more influential within their organisation.
