The IPQ Professional Version

IPQPro report provides an in depth analysis and assessment of an individual’s strengths and limitations when influencing and when dealing with organisational politics.

Using a sophisticated and valid psychometric questionnaire as its base, IPQ Pro analysis is presented as an individually authored report focused (not a computer generated output) which is highly accurate, easy to read and digest and hugely practical for use across a range of learning and development situations.

Unique in the world of learning and development, the report provides unique insights into an influencing style and provides challenging yet supportive information to prompt learning and change and has proven highly successful and credible at senior manager/ director level.

IPQPro accelerates the coaching/learning process by providing a sound base for exploration and discussion, prior to deciding on options for development.

The report is divided into five sections...

 

IPQPro links:-

  1. Influencing Strengths – the natural (default) influencing strengths of the individual which can be further developed.
  2. Influencing Limitations – the identified weaknesses in the natural style where skills development will make them more influential.
  3. Group Dynamics – the influencing style in meetings and groups, how they influence in these situations and limitations they need to be mindful of.
  4. Overall Summary of strengths and limitations – an essential checklist for keeping focused and on track in the coaching session.
  5. Development Style Considerations – assessment of the learning style of the individual, to ensure that development ideas play to their strengths and clues about how to get the best out of the coaching session – a unique and useful feature.

This will be presented in the form of a bespoke report which is created by one of our team of specialist analysts. This report is released to your consultant who will present it and discuss it with you when you next work together.

The IPQPro is based on the Work Style Analyser psychometric developed by Medwin Poots Associates, Occupational Psychologists. Over the last 20 years, the WSA has built an enviable track record of accurate analysis and is now being applied by us to specifically focus on influencing capability.
