Mike Phipps: brief biography

Within the Politics at Work™ network, Mike has an impressive list of clients he regularly works with, and who ask for him by name. When recommending him to others, they usually describe him as "engaging" or "knowledgeable", some have gone as far as to say "expert", but all say that he is "easy to work with," which aligns well with the Politics at Work™ aims and values.

He is a fine coach and facilitator and has designed some of the most powerful and engaging learning processes that our clients tell us they have experienced. He holds qualifications in Organisational TA and NLP but perhaps more importantly, he also brings a healthy dose of real world experience - and is not afraid to deliver reassuringly tough feedback, or to sometimes call it as he sees it.
