The Influence and Political Styles Quotient (IPQ)

The IPQ is a unique diagnostic tool that provides an accurate analysis of an individuals' natural influencing style. It has been developed using psychometric principles and we use this when working with our clients. This online assessment produces one of 33 reports that describe both the strengths and the limitations of the individuals influencing style.

Equipped with these insights the report helps the individual to understand the changes necessary to become more influential and increase their political competence. The IPQ is normally used as part of a wider development plan conducted by a licensed manager, coach or trainer (see praise).
