Praise for the IPQ
The IPQ bench testing involved over 400
people and sought both qualitative and quantitative feedback. The
feedback results were very positive with 96% rating its accuracy
as either "Spot on" or "Mainly True" and 88%
confirming that the helpfulness of the IPQ is either "Good"
or "Brilliant". Below are some examples of the qualitative
feedback...
- I was surprised how accurate some aspects of the feedback were...
and wonder whether surprise feedback reflects my own lack of awareness
rather than inaccuracy in the tool...
- The report is sufficiently in depth without being too comprehensive.
It is also surprisingly accurate without having to ask too many
questions. Overall, really good.
- More useful than similarly-styled psychometric assessments than
I have done, mainly as a result of the suggestions that are tailored
to the profile.
- Comprehensive, clear and accurate, definitely worth doing!
- Nice and to the point. Interesting as more or less true, close
to spot on !. Good that it is a very simplistic exercise to complete
and very, very powerful.
- Thought the report was excellent given the limited time it requires
to complete it.
- Report is easy to read. Good to start with the positives and
then move on to potential problems and then to solutions.
- Well presented, and easily understandable. Useful reminder of
things I knew but had let lapse!
- Nice and quick and designed to be completed subjectively. Enjoyed
completing this and have printed it off to use as part of my personal
action plan for work.
- I like it - short, sharp, succinct, to the point!
- Liked it - right length and clear advice. Also helped that it
chimed well with own views and previous feedback.
- It got me down to a tee. Impressive!
