the solution - two facilitators took the board through a two day team workshop based on the unique intellectual property of contained within The Team Workshop.

the outcome - the two days were very intense as each individual learned about power and influence, how it applied to their group stakeholders and also their individual stakeholders. As a result each felt far more capable of influencing the right outcomes for the organisation. In the year since their workshop, the company has indeed delivered all its projects. Also, as a direct result of the workshop, they were able to successfully avoid industrial action and now have an excellent relationship with their union.
